1. Where is the cleaning of the furniture?

It can be done in your home or office through home delivery, or we can collect them in trucks and cleaning in our plant.


2. Loose rugs and mattresses can be made at home?

Both must be processed in our plant, whether brought by the client or collected by our trucks. To give an excellent service is necessary to have adequate space, ventilation, drying time and technical equipment.


3. What is the delivery time for furniture and carpets that are brought to our plant?

The normal time is 8 working days, although in special cases can be decreased or increased.


4. It guarantees the removal of all stains?

All stains are treated, but no way can guarantee the total elimination of them. There are a variety of chemicals such as degreasers, solvents, detergents, soaps, neutralizers, germicides, flavored and more. Some stains disappear, others are partially removed and others remain hopelessly in fabrics or fibers.


5. There is a chemical that ensures that the smell of urine?

The steam cleaning process, along with the removal, application of germicides and bio-enzymatic products manages to neutralize and reduce the smell of urine. But to be acid, the urine penetrates fibers, fabrics and foam so it is impossible to remove completely.


6. Cleaning car is produced at home?

This service is very delicate and profound. For this reason it is done only at our plant. Here we have security, equipment and space sufficient to meet all types of vehicles.


7. What are the hours of service to the public?

Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We can also do work on any special schedule prior coordination. Some of these works may have additional costs.


8. I bring my car to clean at anytime?

To quote the cleaning can visit us Monday through Saturday, according to our schedule, however for cleaning should make an appointment at least 2 days before.
